Discover Flinders Ranges in Australia

There is a wealth of excitement and adventure to be found in Finders Ranges, Australia.  Flinders Ranges are the largest mountain ranges in Southern Australia, stretching over 430 km in a line from Crystal Brook to Lake Callabonna.  They encompass three National Parks and the enormous natural amphitheatre known as Wilpena Pound.  Gaze into space from one of three observatories or be one with nature at the wildlife sanctuary.

Flinders Ranges offer all of this and more.  You can take part in daring adventures of flight over Wilpena Pound and observe a seemingly prehistoric vista from the height of a soaring plane.  If you desire a more earth-bound experience, enjoy a journey to Bundaleer and Wirrabara forests on mountain bike.  Hike the peaks and summits of Flinders Ranges like Mount Remarkable or travel, by camel, to Quorn.  If you desire higher horse-powered transport, you can four wheel to the Arkaroola Wilderness Sanctuary up north, where you can experience the celestial at one of three observatories.
